We ship to all countries.

Do you create custom jewellery?

Yes, if you had an enquiry about a certain piece you are wanting please contact us via email or any form of social media and we can discuss if it is possible. As all of our products are handmade there may be certain limitations on what design can be recreated.

Do you accept refunds/exchanges?

Due to health and safety reasons we do not accept any returns after the items have been shipped.

Due to the nature of the pure metals that are used in all goldsage jewellery it is softer in comparison to mixed metal jewellery hence if pressure is applied it can affect the quality of the items. In this situation unfortunately we do not accept any returns.

All items have been handmade and may look different in shape and size from the image shown on the website. The colour of the gems or metals may look different in physical form due to the screen resolution and colours enhanced by the computer.

How do I take care of my Goldsage pieces?

We recommend that you remove your jewellery when coming into contact with chemicals as it could possibly affect the quality of your items. To maintain your jewellery in optimal condition we recommend removing your jewellery before bed and leave them in a clean and dry environment.

Situations as such would be recommended to remove your jewellery

  • Cleaning or gardening, using powerful chemicals

  • Pools with chemicals

  • When applying lotion, makeup and fragrances

  • Exercise in the gym or contact sport

Can I have a custom piece made if I supply my own Gemstone?

Unfortunately not, we supply all of our gemstones from our local supplier which have been collected from many places around the world. All gemstones have been naturally produced.
